PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
- This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) every day (the “Qualifying Day”) from 30th August to until further notice (the "Promotional Period").
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
- This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
- have a verified Website account;
- are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
- have downloaded our poker client; and
- are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

- An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION
- To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must play SPINS Overdrive tournaments with any buy-in during a Qualifying Day.
- Eligible Players who play SPINS Overdrive tournaments will be awarded points (“Leaderboard Points”) upon exit of the SPINS Overdrive game towards a SPINS Overdrive Leaderboards (defined below) during that Qualifying Day.
- There are seven ‘SPINS Overdrive Leaderboards’ for different buy-in range running each Qualifying Day during the Promotional Period, as per table below:

- Eligible Players who have accumulated enough Leaderboard Points throughout the Qualifying Day will be entered on the relevant SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard, as per “Current Leaderboard Standings” section on the Website.
- Eligible Players who have reached a SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the relevant Leaderboard table. By participating in a SPINS Overdrive game, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on a SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard.
- Eligible Players who rank in a SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard at the end of the Qualifying Day will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard and the corresponding rewards will be detailed on the SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard promotional page.
- In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of Leaderboard points on a SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard (a “Tie”), those players will get the highest rank reward and the next ranks with the same points will be removed.
- An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) reward per SPINS Overdrive Leaderboard per Qualifying Day.
- Leaderboard points are calculated using the following formula:
Leaderboard Points = (buy-in - rake) * Leaderboard multiplier
(Buy-in means cost of SPINS Overdrive tournament buy-in)
Table multiplier = Upon starting the SPINS Overdrive tournament Eligible Players will be provided with a multiplier for that game.

- Only points generated from participating in SPINS Overdrive tournaments will count towards this Promotion.
- The SPINS Leaderboard Points that Eligible Players have accumulated, will reset at the end of each Qualifying Day.
- Leaderboard Points do not count towards the “Weekly Cashback” Website programme.
REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- Rewards will be paid in partydollars (“P$”)
- Partydollars (“P$”) awarded as part of this promotion:
- will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account within 48hrs after each Qualifying Day ends;
- allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games);
- will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
- cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
- cannot be exchanged for cash.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
- The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
- Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
