BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS TOURNAMENT ENTRY. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW. 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “6^th Gear challenge” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions. These terms can be accessed here. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) every day from 2^nd September until further notice (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:

• have a verified Website account;
• are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
• have downloaded our poker client; and
• are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must play a SPINS Overdrive game with a minimum buy-in requirement (see table below) to complete one or more gear challenges. More information about SPINS overdrive games can be found here.

5. Each day during the Promotional Period, Eligible Players will have the option to complete up to a maximum of six (6) different gear challenges (see table below) (each one a “Gear challenge”).

6. Only one gear challenge can be completed at any one time and any criteria hit in one gear challenge will not count towards the next gear challenge. Each gear challenge involves a separate challenge.

7. For each separate gear challenge completed an Eligible Player will receive a reward (the “Reward”).

8. The minimum buy-in requirement for each gear challenge plus the minimum and maximum Reward values are as follows:

9. To claim their Reward, an Eligible Player must:
   1. go the to the offers section for the 6th Gear challenge;
   2. click on ‘’claim now’’; then
   3. pick a SPINS Overdrive card which will reveal their Reward. 

10. Each SPINS Overdrive card pick will expire 24 hours after completion of a gear challenge and not be reissued.

11. An Eligible Player can only receive up to six SPINS Overdrive card picks per day during the Promotional Period.

12. An Eligible Player’s progress for the 6th Gear challenge will reset to 1st Gear each day at 00:00 (GMT).

13. Rewards will be paid out and be visible in the Eligible Player’s account after each SPINS Overdrive card pick has been completed.

14. All Rewards appear as either; The 6th Gear challenge Freeroll - 1000 chips ticket or SPINS Overdrive tickets.

15. The 6^th Gear challenge Freeroll taking place each Sunday allows Eligible Players to take part with varying chip stacks.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

16. The 6th Gear challenge Freeroll - 1000 chips ticketawarded as part of this promotion:
    1. will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically and immediately after SPINS Overdrive card pick and will appear in their Website account as a ticket;
    2. will show specific details on the tickets itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Player’s Website account;
    3. will allow entry into Free-Roll that Sunday @ 17:00 CET;
    4. an Eligible Player must have collected a minimum of one 1000 chips ticket (“Minimum Tickets”) between the Saturday 23:00 CET and Friday 22:59 CET before the scheduled Sunday freeroll (the ‘’Qualifying Week’’) in order to enter the Sunday freeroll;
    5. any freeroll chips earned after the end time in a Qualifying Week will be eligible to contribute towards the ticket requirement for following Sunday freeroll;
    6. at the end of the Qualifying Week, provided an Eligible Player has at least the Minimum Tickets, all Freeroll tickets will be converted to chips (1000 chips per ticket) and this will be the player’s starting stack;
    7. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    8. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

17. SPINS Overdrive ticketsawarded as part of this promotion:

1. will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically and immediately after each card pick;
2. will allow entry into SPINS Overdrive poker games ONLY. Details specified HERE;
3. will be valid for 14 days from the date of issue;
4. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
5. cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.

20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
